01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd578 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd578 website located at https://bd578.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

03 Account Rules

bd578 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• bd578 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, bd578 will return any remaining genuine account balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements having been satisfied.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bd578 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you within your account dashboard or upon request from bd578 support.

bd578 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Any funds deposited into a bd578 account must not originate from criminal activity or any unlawful source. bd578 actively monitors transactions for indicators of money laundering and will report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd578 are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable rules.

• Bets can only be placed by registered account holders with a sufficient verified account balance.
• All bets are final once confirmed. bd578 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• bd578 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a human or systems error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

bd578's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with bd578 support within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bd578 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
